Mr. Robert L. Pratt is the founder, Chairman and CEO of GreenerU, a company dedicated to helping colleges and universities become climate leaders while reducing energy, water and infrastructure costs. (See www.GreenerU.com) Mr. Pratt was formerly the founder and CEO of Energia Global International (EGI, now Enel Latin America), a company that became one of the leading renewable energy companies in Central America. From a startup in 1991, EGI became the largest private power company in Costa Rica through the development, financing and construction of high head hydroelectric and wind projects, with substantial power and distribution assets in Guatemala, El Salvador and Chile. Prior to GreenerU, Rob was the Senior Vice President of the Henry P. Kendall Foundation, where he led foundation initiatives focused on energy efficiency policy and financing innovations. He also served as Director of the Massachusetts Renewable Energy Trust, a $250 million state fund to promote the development of renewable energy projects as well as clean energy economic development in MA. Rob is a national and regional leader in clean energy and currently serves as Chairman Emeritus of the American Council on Renewable Energy; Chairman, founder (1984) and board member of the International Institute for Energy Conservation; Treasurer, Executive Committee and board member of the Alliance to Save Energy; Executive Committee and board member of the New England Clean Energy Council; and President and board member of the Cambridge Energy Alliance. He received an MPA degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, a JD degree from Georgetown University Law Center, and a BA degree from Wesleyan University.

Mr. John R. Mollet, Vice President, Corporate Development of the International Copper Association, Ltd. (ICA) in New York. John's responsibility is to travel the world to build partnerships with governments, multilateral agencies, non-governmental organizations, public and private foundations, and industry to coordinate optimally their activities with ICA's Sustainable Energy, Environment / Health and in Technology programs.
Mr. Mollet has worked at ICA since 1998, most recently as Vice President, Sustainable Electrical Energy. Before joining ICA, Mollet held several senior management positions in the metals industry, first as Project Director at the Bekaert Corporation and then as a Senior Product Manager at Tetko, Inc. (now Sefar America, Inc.). His career covers responsibilities in purchasing, sales, marketing, technical services, project and business management. Besides the electrical and electronic markets, his experiences include electromagnetic compatibility; steel reinforcement of radial tires and rubber products; precision filter media in synthetic and metallic materials for a wide variety of applications such as medical, aerospace, automotive, food, beverage, water.
Mr. Mollet is a graduate electrical engineer from the University of Ghent, Belgium.

Ms. Judy Siegel, as President of The Energy and Security Group, Ms. Siegel brings over 27 years experience in renewable energy financing, policy, and technology. She has worked in over 60 countries worldwide and has extensive experience in developing and implementing renewable energy projects and programs in Asia, Latin America, and Africa.
Prior positions have included: President of the US Export Council for Renewable Energy (representing over 1600 industry members); Deputy Director of the World Bank Asia Alternative Energy Program (ASTAE); and Managing Director of the Winrock International Clean Energy Group. Ms. Siegel is also active in the community serving as a Board Member of the American Council for Renewable Energy (ACORE); Chairwomen of the Market Development Committee of the Business Council for Sustainable Energy (BCSE); and Member of the G8 Renewable Energy Advisory Group among others.

Dr. Kingsley E. Haynes, is the Dean of the School of Public Policy of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, USA.
Dr. Haynes built the School of Public Policy out of The Institute of Public Policy which he founded in 1991 while still Dean of the Graduate School. He also holds appointments in the departments of Decision Sciences, Geography and Public Affairs. His studies focus on economic analysis of regional environmental and energy resource policy in the urban and near urban context. His recent research activities have focused on minimum information forecasting and intelligent transportation systems.
Dr. Haynes has been involved in regional economic development, environmental planning and natural resource management since the early 1970's in the US and abroad. He has directed international programs for the Ford Foundation's Office of Resources and Environment and EPA. He was the founder member of several panels and initiatives at the National Science Foundation and as the environmental chair for the International Exchange of Scholars, he managed congressionally funded international scholar programs including the Fulbright exchanges. Dr. Haynes also served as member of the board of the American Association for the Advancement of Science's Social, Economic and Political Science Section.
Previously Dr. Haynes was Professor of Geography and Public Policy and Chair of the Department of Geography at Boston University. At Indiana University he was Chair of the Urban, Regional Analysis and Planning Faculty in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs. At the University of Texas, Austin, he was a founding faculty member of the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, co-director of the West Texas Center for Environmental Studies. He joined the University of Texas from McGill University, where he was a Lecturer.
Dr. Haynes is a doctorate in Geography and Environmental Engineering from John Hopkins. He also holds an M.A. from Rutgers University in Geography and a B.A. from Western Michigan University in History (Hons.), Geography, and Political Science.
Dr. Haynes has directed numerous research grants and contracts totaling over $50 million, co-authored or edited 5 books and over 300 articles and professional reports.

Mr. Mark Radka, heads the UN Environment Programme’s Energy Branch, which is part of the organisation’s Paris based Division of Technology, Industry and Economics. He is responsible for managing UNEP’s efforts to link the global energy and environment agendas, much of which involves building partnerships between industry, governments, NGOs, and other groups. UNEP’s work in this area focuses on reducing emission of greenhouse gases through greater use of renewable energy and improved energy efficiency, with a special focus on promoting engagement by the financial industry in the sustainable energy sector. Mr. Radka has a special interest in the technology needs of developing countries, and was a coordinating lead author of the Special Report on Methodological and Technological Issues in Technology Transfer issued by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
Before joining UNEP, Mr. Radka worked in Washington, D.C. as a consultant to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the World Bank, where he managed technology cooperation projects in developing countries, primarily in Asia. He began his career as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Thailand.
Mr. Radka has received a Master of Public Policy degree in Environmental Policy from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, where he was a Kennedy Fellow. He has also received a M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and a S.B. in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dr. Nitin Pandit, PhD., PE, is the President of IIEC and has been leading IIEC's management team since May 2000. During that time, he developed new areas and business models for technology transfer for innovative SMEs, energy efficiency and pollution prevention, water-energy-biomass nexus, internet based energy efficiency virtual tradeshow, and carbon finance. He is currently formulating a strategic thrust in the area of distributed generation and hybrid renewables. He is also developing partnerships among the private sector, governments, and NGOs to develop new business models for engagement of cities and peri-urban communities in sustainable development and habitat.
Before IIEC, Dr. Pandit was President of ENSYS, a consulting firm based in Vienna, Virginia, for 10 years. In addition to business development, he specialized in niche applications of state-of-the-art problem solving methods. Using artificial intelligence based information technologies, he advised the Asian Development Bank, oil and gas multi-nationals, environmental law firms, and the US Government. Using innovative financing through offset counter-trade with Norwegian, Dutch, Canadian, and US groups, he worked with industry to develop detailed feasibility studies for biomass wastes based cogeneration and exportable materials plants.
During the eighties, Dr. Pandit worked in civil and environmental engineering consulting firms such as Woodward Clyde (now URS) and Roy F. Weston. He worked in a wide range of fields for commercial and government clients, including the City of Cleveland, US EPA, and Southern California Edison. Before migrating to the US in the late seventies, Dr. Pandit worked in India with Dubon Project Engineering on FAO funded African water resource development projects.
On the academic front, Dr. Pandit's holds a Bachelors degree, two masters degrees in engineering and a doctorate in public policy. His diverse background includes specialization in water resources (BITS, Pilani, India), geotechnical engineering (Lehigh U., Bethlehem, USA), artificial intelligence (Carnegie-Mellon, Pittsburgh, USA), and distributed generation and retail energy services policy (George Mason U., Fairfax, USA). He has numerous publications and presentations to his credit.
