Kartik Dube, Research Associate

Mr. Kartik Dube is a young professional, working with IIEC as a Research Associate. He has over 3 years of experience from undertaking projects on ‘Air quality’, ‘Energy’, ‘Renewable Energy Technologies’ and ‘Sustainability’ funded by multilateral/bilateral institutions including ‘World Bank’, ‘MacArthur’ and ‘SDC’. He has a good understanding of India’s commitments and emerging policies in these developing sectors. His experience also covers managing and coordinating international knowledge exchange programs with BEE (Ministry of Power, Govt of India) and EESL, A Joint Venture Company of PSUs of Ministry of Power, Govt. of India.

His previous roles include working with The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), where he worked in the field of corporate sustainability, in the capacity of Associate Corporate – Partnerships. His role demanded dual responsibilities of 1) managing organization’s flagship platforms such as ‘Energy Transitions Commission India’, ‘Electric mobility for India’ and their annual summit, ‘The World Sustainable Development Summit (WSDS)’. Strategizing and creating capacity to mainstream environmental sustainability practices in corporate business models through designing and delivering thought leadership webinars, knowledge papers, blogs and reports.

Kartik holds a degree in Bachelor of Technology, Mechanical from Symbiosis International University, Pune, India.
