Evaluation of Danida Energy and Environment Cooperation in South-East Asia (2016)

The Evaluation of Danida Energy and Environment Cooperation in South-East Asia was intended to assess and document the experience from Danida support in relation to specific energy and environment related topics in Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The Evaluation focused on interventions related to environmental management and planning, energy planning, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and waste management.

Following activities were completed by IIEC during the project: 1) Prepared and carried out the Evaluation according to the ToR, the approved Inception Report, the DAC Evaluation Quality Standards, and the Danida Evaluation Guidelines.; 2) Provided support to the Evaluation Management for the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the Evaluation; 3) Ensured that quality assurance is carried out and documented throughout the evaluation process according to the Consultant’s own Quality Assurance Plan as described in the proposal; 4) Reported to the Evaluation Management regularly about progress of the Evaluation; 5) Organized and coordinated meetings and field visits, and other key events, including debriefing session and/or validation workshops in the field visit countries.
