Public Buildings Energy Efficiency Program in three Indian states through ESCOs - India (2006)

IIEC short-listed high energy use buildings in three Indian states in coordination with state nodal agencies to promote energy efficiency. To do this, IIEC conducted investment-grade audits, developed bidding documents that capture the needed technical delivery by energy service companies, developed a monitoring and evaluation protocol, and technical and commercial bid evaluation criteria. In support of these activities, training workshops for policy-makers as well as operations and maintenance staff were provided.
